Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We try to schedule all appointments to minimize waiting time and to provide optimal care for each patient. If you can’t keep your appointment, please call to cancel within 24 hours so that we can offer this time to another patient.
Of necessity the physician must work by appointment; however, due to emergencies and the unexpected, he will occasionally get behind. Infrequently your appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day and time. We request your patience and cooperation if this should occur.

Insurance, Fees and Billing
As a courtesy, we will initiate a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We are contracted with most major insurance companies, HMOs and PPOs. We are required by our contracts with your insurer to collect co-payments for services at the time rendered. You are responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services.
Please remember your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company; therefore, you are responsible for full payment of your account when due.

Prescription Refills
In order to provide quality care, medication refills are best addressed at the time of your visit with your physician. This allows you to update the physician and to plan any necessary change in your medication or to schedule any testing that may need to be done. We understand, however, that sometimes this is not possible.
Please call your pharmacy for prescription refills. Most pharmacies will call our office to get your physician’s approval for routine medications.
To better serve you, please try to refrain from calling for routine prescription refills after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends, as your physician needs to review and approve all refills.
